It should not be rewnxed of toner than onco a month or onco in two or three months, according to the amount of wear ou it. -titer a certain period of timo it may 1 0 necessary to scrape the floor and apply sunn kind of restorer, though this should bo hardly required unless ti floor ben improperly dressed. Of runrre tho best way of polishing such floor is in tho foreign fashion, with a brush attached to 0110 font of a robust man, who goes skating about until the snrfaco gleams like marble. But this method is not often possible in this country except in thoso households where there aro foreign inenscrvants.
